We kindly ask for at least 24-hour notice for any changes.
Appointments canceled within 24 hours may be subject to a cancelation fee 50% of service cost.

A 10 minute grace period is provided. Due to the nature of certain services, late arrivals may need to be rescheduled to ensure proper timing and results.
Full results cannot be guaranteed for late arrivals.

Missed appointments without notice will be charged the full cost of services booked.
